Jackpot Fruity KYC Verification Process
Jackpot Fruity uses KYC checks to confirm who you are, where you live, and that the payment method belongs to you. Verification is triggered before certain withdrawals, when deposit or withdrawal totals reach internal risk thresholds, or when the system flags inconsistencies such as mismatched names, duplicate accounts, or unusual login locations.
- Identity (ID/Passport): A clear photo or scan of a valid passport or national ID card. Jackpot Fruity checks your full name, date of birth, document number, and expiry date. The image must be in colour, uncut, and readable on all edges; blurred photos and screenshots are rejected.
- Address proof: A document dated within the last 90 days showing your full name and current residential address. Accepted examples include a utility bill (electricity, gas, water), a bank statement, or a government letter. P.O. box addresses and documents without issue date are not accepted.
- Payment method: Proof that the payment method is yours. For bank cards, Jackpot Fruity requests photos of the front and back with the middle digits masked (keep the first 6 and last 4 visible) and the CVV fully hidden; the cardholder name and expiry date must remain visible. For e-wallets, it asks for a screenshot or PDF of the wallet account page showing your name and the wallet ID/email, plus the relevant transaction reference when requested.
Processing time depends on queue and document quality. Automated checks can clear in 5–15 minutes, while manual review typically takes 1–24 hours; if the team asks for resubmissions or extra detail, the process can extend to 48–72 hours from the last correct upload.
Current state: Jackpot Fruity runs KYC at the point where withdrawals or risk triggers require it, using ID, address proof, and payment ownership checks. Most accounts clear the same day if the images are complete and match the account details.
